ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
Depending on the circumstances of the case, we may recommend alternative dispute resolution to our clients when litigation and arbitration is not the best way to resolve the dispute. The alternative dispute resolution approach will focus on constructive, innovative and practical legal advice to provide effective dispute resolution.
