Amer Sports, Inc. (“Amer Sports”) was officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) (under the ticker symbol “AS”) on 1 February 2024 (New York time). Amer Sports raised more than US$1.37 billion (or more than US$1.57 billion if the over-allotment is implemented) in this IPO, leading to a market capitalisation of nearly US$6.5 billion on the first day of trading. This deal marks the first mega-IPO of 2024 globally.
